Lots of giblets in the turkey gravy! (Giblets in pieces large enough to be avoided by those who cannot abide them.) Gravy made with milk instead of water when adding the thickening.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
CHEESECAKE! I have a favorite pumpkin cheesecake I make every year - I must go look for my recipe so I can make it again. I just bought a cheesecake at Sam's. While shopping, they had samples of Cheesecake Factory's Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake - VERY good. I bought one, but we will have to eat it up quick before I start the TG baking. Shouldn't be a problem getting rid of it. LOL...
Lasagna!! yes it is a bit untraditional... but i make it myself and my birthday falls right around the holiday... this year it is on the holiday... so my pick .. my mom has yet to pick up the cheesecake but we have the ice cream now...

A huge dish of homemade stuffing with mushrooms. I could sculpt a turkey out of the dressing and just eat that. Also love brussels sprouts with my T-Day dinner.

Now Carol, I'd slurp that right down! When you make it go stand out on your front steps and wave so I can find your house.

We forgot the turkey...love turkey and the sandwichs next day. Got a new receipt for cranberries from foodnetwork, gonna try it:

craberries, sugar, orange juice, handful of dried cranberries, splash of bourbon, lemon, gonna can it and give to friends.

PUMPKIN PIE!! I made a pumpking triffle one year and regretted it so I'm sticking to the old favorite the pie - this year with a gingersnap crust!
I am also taking a vow to not jsut make this on thanksgiving - I'm gonna have one in July too! or any other time it feels right!
