Is anyone an on call banquet server at a hotel?

I heard that some Marriott hotels have on call banquet servers positions who get some really good Marriott discounts.

My daughters second job is banquets at Hilton. She gets some great discounts! Last summer, 4th of July week we got a Hilton in Burbank CA for $35 a night with 2 free breakfasts!! 4TH OF JULY!!!
