RIP Doris Day. I saw one of her movies at a recent Hitchcock movie marathon, "The Man Who Knew Too Much" with Jimmy Stewart.

She was 97, she stayed out of the limelight for years, one of a kind...rest in peace.

Oh my goodness! She was one of a kind. I've watched her biography on Youtube done by A&E Biography some years ago. Very interesting.
Quite the gal! She had a lot of personal strength, according to what I had read about her. She was talented, too!

She was lovely, talented, and wholesome, a real class act. You NEVER heard any tabloid gossip about her. I enjoyed watching her on the screen when I was growing up.
