RECIPE'S

Couldn't find the old thread, and made a "clean the fridge" soup that turned out so good and was so easy,
wanted to share:
One can black beans (liquid and all), one leek, 1/2 package frozen corn, carrots, one two cups broth (any kind), two cups water, one tbsp. turmenic, salt, pepper, 2 tsp. sugar, sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional). cook a couple hours, blend, add sour creme and enjoy. I made these portions, but if you have a larger family, just increase portions. Share yours....

I love "clean the fridge" meals!

I made "clean the fridge" roasted vegetables. The oil I used was the kale-pesto salad dressing from a shop.

Here, it is just the thing to do when I want to clean the 'fridge before going to the grocery store.

Where are your "clean the fridge recipes????

Mine are unique and spontaneous. Whatever exists becomes a recipe or three.

Yup, no recipes. It's more like a smorgasbord of hot and cold things, providing a reasonably balanced meal.
