Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
No, we are mystery shoppers. We get paid for reviews and reports, and that airline does not have a shopping program to my knowledge.
There is one Canadian MSC that shops them --- they give a 50% reimbursement up to 400 bucks and you have to book certain days through them. My partner gave such poor reviews about Spirit that I thought I'd skip that forever. I also read other reviews for the most part are again not positive. The good reviews say that it is OKAY if you pack super light and eat before/after. They charge for everything and no free peanuts/snacks/water lol I am cautious for any airline that has been described as "the motel 6 of the sky". However, if you are NOT picky, pack super light and eat like a bird --- this might be the shop for you.
That Canadian MSC did a one-month pilot program for them earlier this year but has not since shopped them.
Wouldn't shop them or fly with them, did it once, a horrific airline....to each his own.
OP, why do you need our city and state, very invasive.

OP appears to be a spammer. And, one who does not know the MS world.
Maybe he is seeking to get reviews that he/she can then sell to some outfit that pays for positive reviews (or, for negative reviews of competitors). ???

OP posted in this section. Maybe s/he wants feedback on the airline?

And wants our city and state for what reason? How would your city and state affect her/his opinion of our feedback?

I saw that to mean the departure and arrival, not where I live.

I would think they'd ask for airport codes if that's what they meant, like CLE, HOU, PHX, etc.
Well, the OP has disappeared. Another one-post-wonder. I suggest that this thread be closed.

Spirit is horrible. Leg room is 28" -- lowest (according to Insider.com) of any major airline. It's the cheapest of the cheap and they nickel and dime you for everything -- including water.

iShop, I flew them last year to a family reunion. I thought they were were great!

I flew solo, so I didn't have to pay for a dedicated seat assignment.

The flight was short (MD to SC), so I didn't buy snacks or drinks.

If I remember correctly, the flight had free wifi, so I watched a movie on my tablet.

The flight departed and arrived with the plane in one piece. I was happy.

Nope. No wifi on any of Spirit's planes (see the linked article). Smallest leg room. $3 for *water*. ~$20 "service fee" to book the ticket online. Pay for anything other than a personal items. Etc.

Maybe for a short flight, it might have been worth it. Glad it worked for you. Not for me. They suck. I'd rather get half off a different airline through SQM or pay full price on Alaska or American.

Where did you fly with them?

For a long flight, I would definitely use one of the larger airlines. Spirit was fine for a hop.

I took Spirit once from LAX to SFO, a one hour flight, and was sorry I did. Many unannounced expenses and trickery, water expense, no WIFI, bad news airline....wouldn't use them for anything, unethical airline. I just bought a ticket to San Francisco and another to Chicago on Southwest who gives two free luggage and has all the amenities, plus booking senior three weeks in advance has the best prices out there. They also fly into smaller airports making it easier and quicker.
