quarters and dollar coins for different local meters
Lol, I was just wishing today that our meters WOULD still accept cash. With so many shop apps I have to "juggle" something anytime I want to park downtown.
In my van are:
General use: Jumper cables & tool kit (for car and merchandising)
Misc. Shopping stuff: Rolling file box, power inverter, extra USB cable, and a "burner" phone for emergencies and/or backup if I break my regular one.
Dollar store safety vest for add-on gas shops.
For routes: Campstove, blanket, travel pillow, $1 bottle of laundry soap (emergency loads while travelling), heavy duty aluminum foil (if you don't know why, Google the book "Manifold Destiny" ), a cutting board, cheap chef knife, small plastic salad plates, 2 sets of dollar store silverware, salt & pepper shakers, a saucepan, a small skillet, a cooking spoon, a spatula, instant coffee packets (yes I pretty much cook all of my non-shop meals on the road--I hate fast food)
For store resets (merchandising): Measuring tape, folding stepstool, and the aforementioned tool box
For demos: Folding table, tablecloth, ice bucket, tongs, vinyl gloves, and sample cups
Boxes of POP for this month's displays
Gorilla tape (better than electrical tape for video shopping)
Oh yes...and a ton of trash.
