As any *real* Okie will tell you, the shelter is where you keep the dogs and your MIL. The rest of us are outside elbowing each other out of the way to get a better view!

My current client I'm working for was willing to drop hundreds of thousands of dollars for us including per diem to live in downtown Tulsa for the DURATION of the project (amounting to be ~2 years). Thank God my project manager pressed hard against that idea...
