That site is seldom up to date. Most shoppers moved here. If you search the same topics here, you will probably find recent discussions.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
The site has been taken down, according to a conversation I had with a scheduler. Supposedly, bigger and better things to come.
Very interesting....

Her tone of voice led me to believe that her tongue was planted firmly in her cheek. But, we'll see.
I might just poke a stick at a "sleeping dog," to see what is what.

A post on FB says this:
"Volition.com opened on April 1, 1995. After 24 years, it is time for something new."
When I clicked on my link for Volition, I was taken to an AT&T (my internet provider) search page for Voltiion. So, I guess no more Volition! It had died some time ago anyway.

I believe that's a totally different Volition.
If you know the answer and know Ray why ask? Or is this a bogus name for Ray? I would not put it past him to be in here incognito or probably is. BYE BYE Ray. Never liked the forum anyway . Nothing lost over there.

Why did I post here?? Too funny...lol. Many people did not like the forum Ray or volition) that is why they came here. I found out from someone else what happened..smiling smiley bogus name for Ray?? Ray being here? Wow. thats amusing smiling smiley
Actually the old links for volition, like www volition com /forums (spaced it out so it wouldn't make a link) are still around on the web like in old MS articles. The link will take you to the standard "page not found" message. If you back out of it and just go to www volition com, it takes you to a site that gives you the message below about revolutionizing cancer diagnoses and such. I think that's probably what's taken everyone aback. It's TOTALLY different. Like someone said farther down this thread, the website was probably sold, which makes sense because as you said, it's a totally different Volition.

Ha Ha!
That's like the thread that someone started asking if Wayback was still shopped. They said they used to shop it. I really wanted to reply and say, "So you shopped it way back and you want to know if Wayback is still shopped?" Have you used the Way Back machine? I guess that someone made it into a real thing. It's old Internet archives or something like that. No, I have not tried the Way Back Machine.

I'm not familiar with it but it sounds like it could be a band name, especially one who play tunes from way back...lol

Excerpt from Wikipedia: "The Waybacks are an American four-piece band based in the San Francisco Bay area of California. Their style has been alternately described as Americana, Progressive bluegrass, rock-n-roll, folk, and acoustic mayhem."

Sounds like a pretty cool band. I love bluegrass, rock, folk and accoustic mayhem. Not sure what Americana is? I probably like it, though.
I do like Americana. And I love Wikipedia:

"Americana (also known as American roots music) is an amalgam of American music formed by the confluence of the shared and varied traditions that make up the musical ethos of the United States, specifically those sounds that are merged from folk, country, blues, rhythm and blues, rock and roll, gospel, and other external influences."
