Does Jacob J ever return PMs?

I know that Jacob is pretty busy doing IT things, yet it would be really nice if he would return a PM at least every other year or so. Does anyone know if he has designated anyone (i.e, a moderator) to answer any inquiries?

i got a message from him a while ago in reply to a message so he does reply

I also got a response when I wrote him after being attacked verbally...he was totally on my side, and cared, yes, he is a good guy!!

Live consciously....

I had a moderator confirm that PMs are referred to Jacob via moderator. So it appears that Jacob doesn't exactly answer PMs anymore.
