Irene, BJ's has an incredible burger - Honey Brisket and Bacon Burger. It comes with fries. It is $14.75 except on Wednesday when burgers are $10 with unlimited fries - does anybody actually have seconds on fries? It's always my choice when I go to BJ's on Wednesdays.

As far as a beef burger, I haven’t eaten one since 1984. So as I watch the wild fires burn and Amazon get destroyed, I know my contribution is nil.

Habits veggie burgers are pretty good. Carl’s Jr. has a decent Beyond Burger, which is over $11 for a combo now.

Y'all are talking about places again that are nowhere near me..lol. i keep saying i have to move. Anyway, my favorite really isn't really a burger but i get it at Red Robin's - the California Chicken sandwich.

I don't eat a lot of meat, but I love a good burger now and than. My favorite are burgers made with fresh ground chuck steak. I purchase a chuck roast and have it fresh ground. Must be cooked medium rare for me. Cheesecake Factory has a good burger, not the Kobe-beef, the regular one.

1. My local Cherry Cricket with garlic herb cream cheese, extra onions, jalapenos and the "Boulder" sauce.
2. Shake Shack's Smoke Shack.
3. In-N-Out's Double Double with extra onions and chili's added..
4. Jolibee's Yum with Cheese (omg).
5. McDonald's for the classic McGangbang (McDouble with a Spicy Chicken in between).
6. Wendy's Baconator.

EDIT: Lol I didn't even realize I already commented above. Glad to know I'm strong on my preferences and really stick to them!

I rarely eat burgers but when I do, I usually like them. Never at a burger joint. Maybe it's all in my head but when I order one at a semi fancy - fancy place, they are good. Don't like that they always come with fries. While I love fries, I will eat maybe 4. I sub a veggie. Well worth the upcharge.

A new-to-here burger place is almost ready to open for business. After I try that (presumably on my own dime) I will let you know...

I love Hopdoddy's burgers. I like Fuddrucker's. And BJ's has a great Brisket Burger - only $10 on Wednesdays with endless fries ($14 other days). In-N-Out are always good and they are expanding to a lot more locations here. I tried Smashburger because of great reviews from other shoppers here, but the one in my area wasn't impressive at all and I never went back - and they closed down after a couple of years.
