Only a Shopper Would...

Here’s another one.

When you have the time share presentations as an actual shop and you have to convince the salesman to continue with the presentation because for those that don’t know, coming in as a single male (especially being a young minority), are red flags to the salesman that they have a much lower chance to close on a sale compared to a married couple, ideally older as well as it’s a better chance for more disposable income (“anyways” income is something I’ve heard a lot over my multiple timeshare presentations), only for you to really lead them on, then shut them down on the closing lol.

When it’s not a shop and literally just a free 3 night stay or something like that at a hotel in exchange of a time share presentation, I actually prefer when they realize my customer profile and cut our presentation short so I can just sign off that I met my end of the bargain (time share presentation)..... and it’s better for the salesman to cut his losses by moving on to a better customer with a higher chance of closing. Pro-tip: go in your pajamas, as it turns the salesman off even more!

Just one candy bar, no I do not want the second candy bar for the "special" as I am watching my calories - ugh.

I'm at my capacity for nuts, bolts, screws, hex keys and carabiners. I get trash bags now. It would be nice to actually buy a wrench.

Those key chain multitools for ~$1 or less make great stocking stuffers, if you need other ideas on what to buy. Same with different color Sharpies for your office supplies.

Tarantado, what does your name mean? When I dissect it, I picture a man pouring tar over an anthill and saying "adieu."

I had a shop at a housewares store last week. The reimbursement was $10 and the bonused fee was $30. I bought a quality item that I wanted for my house and still had a good fee for my bank account.

Lol some folks on here already figured out that I'm Filipino, but yeah, tarantado is a Tagalog word. Tarantado translated to English is basically calling someone stupid or an idiot.
