Yesterday, it somehow became our unscheduled and unpaid job to pick up a boatload of abandoned work supplies which were left in one of our work areas. At first, I bent and picked up this stuff. Then, I went home and picked up old tongs (old as in from mom, grandma, or earlier era) and used those as pickers. That helped!
Cost? Nothing.
Benefit? Ability to carry on instead of dealing with throbbing, screaming back.
