Has anyone used Credit Karma for filing taxes?

Try Turbo Tax free. It's free; even with schedule C. Of course, it's tops out at a certain revenue.

Why not do a shop?
I did a shop through Kern/HS Brands and got $600 toward my $710 tax prep fee, as well as a $60 fee. I got federal and state done, and had mortgage, educational and IC forms.

Yes, I've used credit karma. It was free for all I needed.
Thanks for your input! I'll have to look into turbo tax, for some reason it looked like they were going to charge me for schedule C so i wrote them off awhile ago. and i would do a shop, but i was still a student in 2019 so i wasn't going to get at least $600 back (or whatever the qualification was). i'm looking forward to doing that shop next year for my 2020 taxes though!
I tried using Turbo Tax today, and when I went to fill out the self-employed info, I got a notice that it would be $200 to proceed.
Turbo Tax is here [freefile.intuit.com]. If your AGI is less than 36K it's free, even with Schedule C.
I know it's no longer tax season (or well, I guess since the deadline was extended to July 15th, maybe it still is tax season), but I wanted to comment here on why the tax software was trying to charge me money. panama18 was kind enough to provide a link, but I wasn't in a place to click on it when I saw the message and so when I googled it later on, and Turbo Tax said it would charge me, I ended up moving on to Credit Karma.
I watched a show the other day that pointed out that the major tax companies wrote it into their code so the free version (for people making under $69,000) would NOT show up in a Google search. They WANTED you to go to the site where you have to pay money to file taxes.
Anyway, the point is, if you make below $69,000 you CAN file taxes for free, but make sure you go to the IRS free file page and click on the links from there. Or click on the link above from panama.
