I had ham, brie, thinly-sliced Granny Smith apple with apricot-mayo grilled on pumpernickel bread. Delish!

The delish site has 50 or 60 yummy grilled cheese suggestions. I'm thinking ahead to zucchini bread or waffles turned to grilled cheese. Even cauliflower grilled cheese. I do cauliflower 'steaks' on the grill and get no complaints.

I would call them up and complain about the grocery packing of the sackers if the bread got smashed like that. They are starting to hate me because I always ask if not yell about putting the bread in the bag properly.
