Not if she's in CA.
Stay at home order. I think that she's 85 now? Who in the heck wants to live out their last years this way? I hope that she gets to have the wedding for her daughter that she has always wanted.
Irene is a pretty cool person! I've had the pleasure of meeting her a few years ago in southern California at a Starbucks, and she is really good conversation.
Some folks actually make lemonade out of lemons!

A stay at home order is far from a death sentence.

Honny,
I think you meant "far from a death sentence."

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
My understanding is that Irene is hunkered down at home and like the rest of us, awaiting the vaccine.
She was looking forward to a nice cruise. That much I recall.
My relatives had friends on the (Princess) cruise that circled for weeks with coronavirus infected people who were on the boat. Quite a few died. They were on the boat for weeks. Crazy....
Never drink and type!

:-D
