Tonight, inspired by a quarter head of cabbage that was threatening to go bad after being in the fridge for weeks, I whipped up some okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake). Mix flour, egg, dashi, water and these cabbage. Fry for 5 minutes. Top with japanese mayo, sweet brown sauce, and crumbled dried seaweed, Took no time and all, but so incredibly savory that I am still dreaming about it hours later.
...So this is what happens when I'm not out doing a FF dinner shop.
