Rummaging in the freezer I struck GOLD! Homemade BBQ smoked pulled pork. Haven't decided between making it into stacked enchiladas or having it with baked beans and mashed potatoes. How do you vote?

Tonight's dinner was a surprisingly delicious frozen bag pad thai - FREE thanks to Jewel! I am still in awe at how good it was. Go get yours if you are near a jewel. [www.facebook.com]
I have delicious left over fish and garlicky steamed green beans from a "fish 'n' chips" lunch at an Irish pub with a fellow shopper. (Not a shop). I will add some fresh mashed potatoes and have a lovely dinner tonight.

I just had dinner (2:30), made an amazing Chicken Tortilla soup and had myself a huge bowl.....better than any Mexican restaurant out there, come on to my house, my house a come on.....

The slow cooker is set with makings for potato soup, to which bacon and lots of cheddar cheese will be added this evening. Winter will try to return tonight, but today is shirtsleeve weather.

I check the posts out once in a while to get supper ideas. Thanks guys! Tonight I am frying beef fajita meat, tried it once before and it's delicious. Scalloped potatoes and green beans.

Doing take out for one my favorite BBQ's...will order BBQ tri-tip salad and chicken for later....no cooking, no dishes.

Doing my BBQ take out I had 1/2 smoked chicken, garlic mashed potato's and peanut cole slaw...great lunch/dinner, yes, MS'ing can be fun.

Making fresh tomato soup, bought yellow and plum tomatoes, heavy creme with basil, salad, French bread, easy peasy...Joined a Foodies group in my town, and finding great recipe's through them, and Mom and Pop restaurants, who knew.

Osso Bucco, on a shop. Generous portion, so doggy bag came home with me for tomorrow.
Mu Shu Pork and spicy green beans combined, rolled in thin pancakes, with hoisin sauce. Local family Chinese restaurant (for 3 generations) delivers huge and good portions. I also freeze leftovers in several individual portions and get 4-5 meals out of one order.
