OOooohhhh Wales, crab cakes!!! Love 'em!! Once in a while a local grocer here (Publix) sells the claw meat on a BOGO from the seafood section, and I'll pick up an 8 oz container. Then I'll make some home made crab cakes at home. Hubby does not like crab cakes, so guess who gets to eat them all????? Yum!!!

Then I'll make some home made crab cakes at home. Hubby does not like crab cakes, so guess who gets to eat them all????? Yum!!!

I made a veggie heavy curry chicken. By the time I was finished, I wasn't hungry from sampling the raw vegetables and wine. I'll take some for lunch tomorrow.
