What are you having for dinner?

I'm making tiramisu this morning for tonight's dessert. Dinner will be grilled lamb kofta burgers with tzatziki on ciabatta, with a mesclun salad on the side. It's all way easier to prepare than to spell.

I don't knowwwwwwwwww. I'm hungry and have nothing I feel like getting up to fix. Hoping Ken shows up and will go out and get me something. Otherwise, it's crackers and Laughing Cow cheese or a can of soup. It's just one of those days whem other than writing a couple of reports I haven't felt like doing anything. My laundry needs to be rotated and it's two floors away. Any takers? lol

Pot roast, which used to be inexpensive. Roasted root veggies - white and sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and onions. Best of all, homemade Parkerhouse rolls, with butter or to soak up mushroom gravy.
Ham, mashed potatoes, squash, salad, coffee ice cream with chocolate syrup

Yummmmmmmmmmm! I have a take out shop at Cheesecake Factory. I'm heading there at lunch time and will bring home Jambalaya Pasta and a nice salad. That will be three meals for me. And I have leftovers from BJ's Sunday night to make another meal.

I'm doing a Timeshare in Vegas, and received $150.00 worth of free dining coupons....having a ball. Yesterday ate at Bobby Flay's "Mesa Grill", had
16 spice chicken salad (amazing) and tonight, Bally's steak house, tomorrow

I brought home a ton of amazing, crusty, rustic French bread from a meal at a hotel shop a few days ago and froze it. I'm having some of that to mop up some of my home made minestroni (also a frozen "planned over"). How I love "one pot meals!"

Well, for tonight I am planning to cooked chicken and mushroom pasta. It is one of my family's favorite. Everyone love's to eat pasta every dinner time. This is part of there diet plan.
Well, last night I seared and roasted wild salmon, and served it with greens and rice. It turned out wonderfully. I managed to get the salmon to just the right temperature.

Let me say, it was delicious. And the bottle of wine was very good too.
Tonight we'll probably have a simple pasta dish. Yum.
Well there is one benefit of getting divorced and moving back in with your mom and grandma, great homecooking every night of the week. Last night it was bbq ribs with homefries and a fudge cake. Tonight its going to be made from scratch chicken noodles and mashed potatoes. I really need to buy a house before I have a heart attack, but it has been worth it.

This turned out to be delicious "sea bass"(which, in this region really means rock fish, the state fish of Maryland from the Chesapeake Bay), plus roasted potatoes, broccolini, with chocolate mousse and strawberries for dessert. I brought my own wines.

I made chicken breast cutlets in olive oil with fresh garlic and red pepps sprinkled with parmesan.
Petite sirloin steak, my homemade twice-baked cheese potato, spinach, red wine, an ounce of dark chocolate.

mmmmmmmmm.....your shops sound better than mine. Wingstop boneless wings for me.
Jumbo Shrimp, (had coupon for 2.99pd.) over pasta with green peas and red peppers, butter lettuce salad and french bread. Chocolate chip cookies with
almond milk for dessert.

easy pasta with cream of chicken soup, leftover ham and frozen vegetables. tastes much better than it sounds.
Mutton curry!

It's on a shop. I wouldn't know how to start making that on my own.
Cheap sparkling wine and a birthday cake. Apparently it is someone's birthday - or at least I had to say it was for a shop.
Ham, a bountiful tossed salad with avocados, cheese, onions, carrots, some baked squash and stuffed mushrooms. Dessert will be spice cake.

Reheat of the lasagna made the other night. Somehow it is always better a day or two after making and considering how yummy it was day one, I'm really looking forward to this! Simple 'spring greens' salad with Italian dressing and some leftover hoagie rolls turned into garlic bread.
The jambalaya pasta was so good at Ceesecake Factory I googled for a recipe and made a huge panful. Now the only problem is to get my oldest brother to leave some for my leftovers. It turned out great. We decided it would also be great without the shrimp and chicken.
