Mine WAS Bad @#$%& Betty because she is a Mazda with a turbo engine and she is bad ass. But I traded her in after I damaged her for a mazda without the turbo engine and now the new one has no name. It hasn't come to me.
Names for my vehicles.. The BEAST is my moving truck, that used to be an entertainment industry lighting truck. But other than that, I don't think I've named a vehicle in 40 years..
I have a Chevy Spark that I call "Spanky." But my Prius Hybrid, I call "Hoss"! My Prius is much more powerful than the Mustang I had.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
The Mystery Shop Machine aka the old Honda
My 2006 Toyota Matrix is named Zippy or the Zipster. My son's 2007 Toyota Yaris is named Zippy 2.0. My daughters 2014 Toyota Corolla is named the Rolla.

I would add a ‘roo.’ Zipstaroo.
My first car was Jean Claude Grand Am. Current shopper vehicle is a Chevy malibu, fondly known as the silver bullet.
I love that!

I name all my cars so much so that all my friends even refer to my car by its name. Currently, I have a Toyota Camry named Edward, previously it was a Prius named Percy, a black dodge charger names Lancelot du Luc, I had a Saturn named Marvin, a Malibu named Raphael, a Cavalier named Alvin and the original a Buick named Quincy.

My high school car was the Beast, and I was always looking for a beauty.
My Jeep is Betty, the little commuter car is Veronica. When I got my Jeep, I drove her off the lot and to the place I was to meet up with my other half. I had started to ponder a name and then let it go because, too hard! Then Black Betty by Ramjam came on. So Betty it was.
I inherited my car so she’s “Secondhand Rose” or Rosie after the song.
My great uncle travelled in the mountains for years and called his car "Leapin' Lena".
I just call my 2003 Crown Vic "Good Girl" bc she's got 280,000+ miles on her and keeps going!
I should name mine because I become quite attached to them, for some reason.
I keep them on average, for more than a decade....and always feel a little twinge when they're gone
probably because they become travel companions lol.

Life was passing like a hand waving from a train I wanted to be on
I agree. Like a cowboy and his horse.
With the malfunctioning lights coming and going, I'm considering renaming the Mystery Shop Machine to the Bipolar Express.
