I agree bare it a good company. From what I have seen though, the clients is very limited.
I just scheduled a job with them, and I felt compelled to come here and give a special shout-out to Mintel. A few others have mentioned them, but I am just impressed with their fair pay, as well as the fact that the shops they have are interesting and full of variety. It's like my favorite restaurant in that sense--there's always something interesting on the "menu".

(and seriously, they did NOT pay me to say this ;-)

Has anyone heard of this site that lolman1013 is suggesting. I couldn't even get it to come up on my computer.

Thank you very much. I have learned a lot from reading the forums.

I really hope some others from Alberta post their top ten. I sign up with so many websites listed here that turn out to have no shops in Canada at all.

So my top 11 (sorry not sticking to guidelines) are because I can find local work with them and they have always paid.

Intouch
performalogics
SQM
spotcheckservices
market force
cori
Mysteryshoppingcanada (find their narratives difficult or would rate higher)
beyond hello
ACE
Gapbuster
Maritz (going to do my first shop ever with Maritz today. It pays well, so if all goes well I will move them up to 5 or 6 probably)
Just curious, why is this not a violation of forum rules? I know they publicly advertise who they shop on their website, but I thought it was against forum rules also. Have the rules changed?

The guidelines haven't changed. Apparently you are the first that caught the slip.

I'm a newbie. About one year, now. I've gotten most of my information on this forum. Thank you. I'm looking to shop for more companies. Can anyone tell me companies that offer shops in Kentucky.
Hi, stageangel, the best way to find shops in your area is to keep signing up with companies. You might also register with JobSlinger (the free one). Shops you see on JobSlinger will likely be gone before you can apply for them, but it would show you who is shopping your area and you can apply with those companies. Besides the usual big companies who seem to have jobs everywhere that I'm sure were the first you signed up with - Market Force, CORI, etc. - most of us who do not live and work in Kentucky don't necessarily know which companies have the shops there. People living and working in Kentucky would most likely know but may be reluctant to share the results of their research with you because you are their competition.
You know, another thing you might try to do is to go to the MSPA website. There's a place there to check for job listings and to do so my zip code. Enter your (or a zip code around you) and then go through the shops one by one to see which companies they are that offer those shops. Then, sign up with each one of them. That's a start. I agree with AustinMom, though. Sign up with _everyone_. Even though one doesn't shop in your area right now, doesn't mean it won't in two months. =))

Sending the best,

Jen

Good Morning,

New to MS and I am in El Paso, TX, closer to New Mexico than Texas. Anyone know of MSC that I can try. I already belong to:

NSS
Market Force
Restaurant Cops, LLC (still no shops)
Best Mark
Second to None
Maritz
Customer Impact

Thank you for your help
Ilove quite a few my most favorite is Trendsource, good shops pay quick, easy to do and I love meeting people. Then Maritz the gas station revealed audits. Lots of time not great pay but enjoy doing them.
Other than that I would say:
Shopper Force
RFNB
Person to Person
National Field Link
Dot 2 Dot
Jancyn
Palm Scheduling
Midwest Merchandising
These are not in any particular order.
Thanks for the lists above keep them coming!
I too after three years have become picky on only doing ones that make it worth my time, and don't aggravate me.But in the beginning low pay just gave me a good experience base.
Are you in New Mexico or Texas, I am in El Paso, TX and also execute in all the little towns around El Paso, most people would not even know El Paso much less the other towns. It has been hard for me to find MSC that shop around my area.

Thank you for being here for us, little city people.. and maybe find the best companies for us.
To all you "little city people" I have a much better appreciation of your difficulties finding jobs now that I looked around at the locations I have/am going to visit in companies with endless shops where I live in Los Angeles. I have found absolutely nothing in New Orleans or N/S Carolina near the border! I did get the picture it was difficult to find jobs but nothing at all is not what I expected.

I have forgot and been able to enter CRI shops in Firefox, since I use this browser for everything...BUT suddenly I started losing the work, and having to do it all over...I have also had issues with trying to submit in Internet Explorer as well...they are supposedly "in the process" of updating their system, but this is likely bull...I have done well over 500 jobs for them and did not have such issues until they merged with Stericycle...I am so close to quitting them completely...they need to put some money into their website and make it comparable to what many other, much smaller companies utilize. Right now it's pretty much hope and pray it's gonna go in. Ridiculous that you can only use one browser, and only have one window open while you are entering your report..severely outdated!

Can anyone recommend companies that work in Vancouver, BC (or Seattle, wa, or travel companies!).

I've already searched the boards and didn't find much, just a bunch of posts saying to search the boards (and a couple companies I've already signed up for).

I've checked MSPA and jobslinger- I'm registered with all the companies they've listed, but they only go back 60 days.

I've also tried signing up to many many companies (I'm at 42 right now). but I found only about 7-8 have jobs in my area. It feels like a waste of time.

I understand keeping your clients secret, but do mystery shop companies have to keep everything a secret? Like the areas they serve?

Would greatly appreciate any recommendations for companies!
