Why don't you contact them to have it cleared up? While ratings aren't the be all and end all, the note makes it sound like you were in error. A future scheduler deciding on shoppers would only have that information to go on and it's not fair that you could be deemed less reliable based on a circumstance that was in fact not an error.
A long time ago I had a shop scheduled for Bare and in order to report the job a special program had to be downloaded to my computer. After spending a ridiculous amount of time downloading, installing, uninstalling, etc., I never could get it to work right. I let the scheduler know I wasn't going to be able to complete the job. I outlined the problem and told her all of the steps taken and time spent. Later I found a note marking it as a flaked job. I challenged it and she agreed to remove the notation.
