Positive comments on your favorite company

I do a lot of projects for MF-P. I recently canceled 2 projects because I didn't recognize the town. Long story short,I have worked in these stores before. I called MF help desk with some other things and asked if I could get these projects back. I explained that it was my mistake, thinking they might have self assigned. She said that she would transfer me to a scheduler once we took care of our business. "M" was very nice and fixed the things she could fix. Then the scheduler "J" fixed the rest. She too was a delight. And gave me another project at the price I asked. I have always found them to be professional and nice. All of this took place this morning on a Sat.

My kudos go to Mintel...they helped me get through a job when their site stopped in the middle of my report and I lost it, they were the best I have worked with in a long time. They work with you, the scheduler was a true delight, when I thanked her, she responsed with, "I'm only doing my job".

NSS is my second outstanding Co., and help make scheduling easy, finding me jobs within my radius, calling and scheduling right there on the phone....no pending, crazy emails, scheduling Co's, they're plain fun and easy to work with, always willing to give a few extra $$'s if they just have one job instead of the usual two in the same mall. My favorites are Customer Service Experts, Bare International and second-to-none. All of these I have aregular schudeler who will help me get the shops that I want
My favorite is Caliber - both Judith Gill and Kylie who is now my scheduler are both professional and friendly. Kudos to their editing department too.
I love the schedulers at A Closer Look and Amusement Advantage. It's not hard to get someone on the phone if you need to!

I like EPMS and CSE. They both have helpful schedulers and they pay in less than a month.

The only trouble I have had with CSE is I always get a 9 on the report--they say pay attention to grammar, and I know I used good grammar. I suppose a 9 is ok, but I think my reports deserve a 10. LOL
In no particular order: CSE, Clear Evaluations, Instant Replays, the video folks at EPMS, Massolutions, The Training Factor, Ardent. Love working with my scheduler at Intellishop's video division, but hate the long wait for fees (60 days, but quite reliable payers). I really like the MFI Blue Portal, but do not do their FF shops, which seem to be the area that makes other shoppers crazy. Just goes to show that shopper tastes vary widely.

I love working for The Brandt Group. They are great. I also am liking Six Star Solutions and I think Bare International is pretty good, for the most part. I had one issue with them when I was a new shopper, but since then, I've been very pleased.
