NSSN LLC

I completed a shop on Sept. 12, 2011 and the report on Sept. 13,2011 for a company with the National Service Shopping Network, dba NSSN LLC. It was a very detailed report and took much longer to do the actual shop than I expected, however, I did a complete and thorough job. I have repeatedly sought payment, have been promised a check was sent out, have emailed numerous times and gone up the chain of command ladder, without any success. I asked if everything was okay from my report and was told it was just fine, but accounting would know about my payment. Still...nothing. I have checked with BBB and the company has a perfect A+ rating, so I don't understand why I seem to have issues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (Note: They are NOT the same company dba NSS)

Interesting that the first line under How Do I Get Paid on the FAQ page states they pay promptly and a check is issued within 30 days of receiving the report. Obviously, that's 2 big old lies!

They asked me to join about a year ago, and I did register. I never ended up
working for them as jobs were not near me. I got tons of emails, and they just
died down....sorry, I don't have real information other than they are a real MSC, not a scam. There was an in depth thread on them as they were being confused with NSS.

I did finally reach a real person, Howard, and he seems to be checking into the matter to see why I didn't receive payment. He does recall that many others similar shops from Sept. have been paid. I am encouraged!

The holidays have made payments arive a bit late...I just got paid for a three jobs done late Sept....was supposed to get Visa cards, and checked into it.
Just got notice funds were deposited to paypal, got an apology for lateness.

The Holidays? Do you suppose we could use that excuse with them or say the electric company or the bank? Oh its the holidays thats why my payment is late! Yeah..... and I'm sitting in the dark!

I must be lucky. Every payment due me during Thanksgiving week was processed so they were received right on time.

I have done work for them in the past. I never had a problem with receiving the timely paper check.

It's possible it was misdelivered, lost in the mail, or something like that.

Please don't give up hope. They have always been responsive to me in the past.

Update: I received an email today from the one I've been talking to via telephone, and he has corrected the problem, printed a check, and I should be receiving it soon. Yea!

Final Update: Received my check for the full amount owed, plus a full refund above the $25 limit. Thanks!
