Jancyn -- how strict are they with time selection?

I just signed up with Jancyn and scheduled to do a shop for them. I was surprised to see that this company requires you to choose a time when you will perform your shop (not just a date). How strict are they with this time selection? If you indicated 2 PM, do you really have to perform the shop at 2 PM? Or is time selection just arbitrary? Thanks!

any time you go astray from the instructions you risk losing your shop...

They are flexible. As long as the shop is completed within the parameters.
