Beyond hello

I had a great relationship with Beyond Hello, and worked for them since starting. They have a couple new schedulers, and I cannot get a job, although I show a 10 rating. My coffee house in my town, was not given to me, along with about 4 others I needed for a run I'm doing Sunday. I have emailed to see what the problem is, no answer. Anyone else having trouble being scheduled.

Wow! I shopped for them alot for awhile. I haven't seen anything in my area lately. Will go in and check again though and see if I have any problems!

I have been a real part-timer until I got into a car accident (yep on the way home from shops!) and now have to have car payments that I haven't had since 2007! Now I am a real full timer! Man life is tough any more!

I am so grateful to everyone here that has helped and supported me and so many others over this past year! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas (or whatever else you might celebrate!) and a prosperous New Year!
Are any of the schedulers there you have worked with in the past? If so there's no harm in reaching out to them directly. I've had good luck calling them during normal business hours.

I've been getting shops with them, but not always ones I sign up for. Missed out on a couple of good ones even with an excellent rating. Ahh well, next time hopefully.

Lisa, no, these two are new schedulers, never dealt with them before. Strange this is happening with BH...keep getting odd auto emails for jobs in other states, had to shut off my email. They seem not to know what they
are doing, hope this gets straighted out, as they have jobs here I love. I had been doing their great CA coffee jobs for years, even with rotation, and miss using $$ for my expresso beans, they are my favorite. I will email my old scheduler, but, thinking she's no longer there, reason for change.

Yeah this is one of the companies that I have always got tons of totally no where on this planet near me offers. Annoying. IRENE, I was going to ask you if you knew Joy Behar lost her HLN show? Got any details?So not happy about this. Let me know if you see this. Later Cyn
Mert, that's what I'm afraid of....and we have so many shoppers here now
with this lousey economy. I used to be the only shopper here in my town,
jobs are now being snatched, so, I guess they have choices.....

I just did an entire premium shopping center for them in October. 63 store plus one massive report which paid pretty well.
That's the one I'm so upset about, applied, job was taken off, then I get an email stating they need shoppers to do it in Jan....it was for next weekend originally. They said they might use two shoppers, as it is a four day job.
Will keep trying, want to work with them as they have a nice varity, different from the days of eyeglasses only.

No, but count yourself lucky. I have one scheduler there that I avoid like the plague, she is so rude.

One of the new ones gave me a retail shop recently-and I have forgotten just how tedious their shop reports are and how little $$ in return.

Not responding to those for quite a while.

Loved the optical shops, not so much the retail.
I hear what you are saying about the change in schedulers, but it may be that you simply don't meet the shop parameters, like gender, ethnicity, age etc Just a thought.

If there are these exceptions, they need to be on the original guidelines so that a shopper can make a reasonable decision. And the basics are usually there. I think a lot of us are taking this way too personally. All kinds of factors in the process.
I had done some for a few months, then nothing. You must snatch up that coffee shop, I've only gotten it once ;-)
