I worked with them in September and don't remember the payment terms, but they paid on time. Bonus doesn't show up with the shop fee and is traced separately. Don't ask me why

They also pay reimbursement on another check. But keep track. They are somewhat forgetful!
Does the bonus get paid separately from the shop it was for? I received payment for the shop but not the bonus with it.

I love them - they are a very good MSC to work with. I wish they had more jobs in my area! I think the reports are relatively easy, some narratives of course, some redundancy, but I don't mind.
I did two shops for them on November 2nd, I was paid - via PayPal - on December 16th. The Fee and then the Reimbursement were deposited separately.
I then did one shop for them on November 9th, and I was paid - again via PayPal - on December 23rd. Fee & Reimbursement separately deposited also.
Neither of my shops was bonused. So it looks like, maybe 6-8 weeks for pay. The Schedulers and Editors have all been very nice. There was one of my reports that needed clarification twice, (my bad, I gave her the information, I just didn't give enough details), and they still paid me the full fee.

Thanks for the replies, they've all been really helpful. I understand that reimbursements get paid separately, but I'm still wondering about the bonuses. I do like the company...like you say, reports are rather easy and I've gotten pretty quick email responses to my questions. I am still waiting to get a response to my question about the bonuses, though.

It looks like my fee and bonus were combined in the payment. Do you have the communication regarding the bonus?

I do have the communication and I emailed it to an aboutface employee and am still awaiting their response. It's good to know that your fee and bonus were together in one payment.

I had the same experience and I wrote to ask them about it. Their reply was prompt, direct and very helpful. This is a good company with good people. I was told bonus are not shown on the shop page, but are paid when the regular fee is paid.

I would watch your payment carefully. I was once promised a bonus via email that was not included with my payment.
I had to chase a bonus for six months. They hope your forget.
