Reflections MS

I just performed my first shop with this company and am really frustrated after entering the report. After finished the report, I am then prompted to upload my receipt. I do so and when I hit next, the file disappears and doesn't upload. I try again and again with no luck. There is no save button and no way to continue on with the report. I just emailed an administrator and am really hoping that there is an autosave so I don't have to re-do the entire report. Does anyone have any experience doing restaurant shops with this company?

It has been quite some time since they had anything in my area. I would go on and submit the shop to make sure it is not lost. With some of the flaky software out there you don't see the upload happening and there is no way to determine if it went or not. I just am not sure if ReflectionsMS is one of those sites. Once you have submitted the shop, drop an email to the scheduler with the upload attached indicating that you could not tell if it went through with the report but wanted to make certain they had it.
Thanks for the response. I wish I could submit the shop without the receipt but it won't let me. I can't get beyond the page requesting the upload. So, as you suggested, I emailed the scheduler with the receipt attached, but I am hoping it saved my survey and I just can't tell.
Before you close it out, resize your receipt down to less than 1MB. You can do this with Paint. That software ReflectionsMS uses seems pretty primitive and it just may well be that it can't take a very large file.
The jpg file is only 19.1 KB, so that's not the problem. I think their softward is just as you say, primitive. The good news is that the survey looks like it saved. And, as I emailed the receipt to the scheduler last night, I am hoping everything is fine. I am waiting to hear back from them and will let you know what they say.
I have worked for this company in the past and the schedulers are very helpful. Unfortunately, I have not seen any jobs in my area for about 2 years.
Yes, the schedulers were very helpful and understanding. Hopefully more shops come up for them soon.
