Mintel help

I got an email saying my report was overdue, but I thought I submitted last night. I can't find anywhere that says to re-submit the report. It says "Thank you for taking the survey. Your response has been recorded."


The status now says partially completed. What the heck??

I emailed the scheduler, and looked at the FAQ...but no help.

I had my first shop scheduled with them 1/26 but was unable to do the shop because they were having trouble with their website and I couldn't read or print the instructions. They rescheduled for Sun. The whole scenario is MUCH too lengthy to write all. It took a LONG time but finally was resolved.

PM me if you like. No one else seems to have had any issues. I was just finishing another shop and was going to submit questions here afterward also.
Joy. When you log on your assignment should be listed near the bottom of the page. If it is listed in red, there is a problem. The listed contact Shannon Brennan is very responsive and easy to work with...

There is no submit!!
Did you check the very top of the page? It usually looks like the top of the screen is just their information and the report starts further down but no, you have date information up in the top section above what looks to be the report.
Checked. Only says:

Status Partially completed but not submitted • Click here if you were unable to complete this assignment
When you get all the way to the bottom and try to submit there are likely to be some questions with a red background if I recall correctly where you need to answer or not answer. I'm assuming you have checked all that and tried to satisfy the question.

Worse comes to worse, they will be in the office tomorrow and are great about helping.
There aren't any questions. The form is blank and says "thanks for responses..."


Guess I'll just wait.
