Phone number for Service Intelligence in Atlanta

At one time I had a phone number for Service Intelligence in Atlanta to resolve shopper issues. I've since lost the number. Does anyone know this phone number?

I don't know about Atlanta at all. If your question is about the grocery shops you are to contact your KSS scheduler. Mine is Sandi at 513-341-6113. I do show a North Carolina phone number of 1-800-528-5745 for SI itself and of course things get further weirded by some of the stuff being handled by an In Touch website.

Thanks, Flash. I might call the North Carolina number and ask for the Atlanta number. (KSS is not involved with my issue, btw) I may be posting more about my issue if it can't be resolved.
Uh OH - I just signed up to do a couple of shops through KSS and when I got to
the shop information it is Service International.

Did you ever get paid ?

I guess I should go ahead and explain why I was looking for a phone number for Service Intelligence. I had had a very unpleasant conversation with a Service Intelligence scheduler back in February. As a demonstration of her grandiose ego, she "fired" me. She was very angry because I wouldn't to a fast food shop for her for only $7.00.

I spoke with the general manager for InTouch/Service Intelligence in Canada yesterrday. She told me she fired this scheduler because of other similar complaints and problems with her. I'm posting about this today because I want other shoppers to know that although it may be rare, but occassionally a shopper is actually right and the scheduler is wrong. In my case, she had been wrong too many times!
Overall I am finding myself pleased with the changeover to In Touch. It isn't perfect by a long shot but it seems to be getting better. Some 'executive' decisions have been made that I find noxious and my sense of 'improvement' goes back to the past year or so when the stuff was coming out of the NC crew. It still is not as amenable to work with as the SI of 5 years ago, but 'getting better' is enough to have me hanging in there.

I have never had an issue being paid by Service Intellligence. They pay by direct deposit to your bank account late in the following month..e.g. February shops were paid in late March.

They recently merged with InTouch and now all the jobs are listed on the InTouch system. That system is a little different, but I'll get used to it. I would recommend InTouch/Service Intelligence.
I have been doing shops for Service Intelligence for years, but I just tried to sign on and cannot raise the shop information about shops I am supposed to do starting July 2. According to their feed back I will not be able to log on until tomorrow night, and I am supposed to get these done on the 2nd and 3rd. Has anyone heard about the update being done to their webb site??

From an email I exchanged with Andrienne last week, they were expecting to take the site down at 10pm last Wednesday for two days. If you are doing the grocery shops they are 4-7 produce and cannot be done on the 4th. Now how we get them reported may be another issue . . .

@ Flash - Andrienne is a gem, isn't she? I called their office last Friday and talked to her; at the time the shops here in AZ were giving me the little circle/slash in my shopping bag, and Andrienne had to override so I could have some. She went above and beyond while we were on the phone.

I'm in the same boat as others and hoping that the site comes back up. Both my husband and I have shops due by the 7th, but until I can get into the site and get the addresses of those shops, and double check guidelines, we're stuck!
