Anyone else having issues with Jancyn not paying for shops?

I had a 2 shops that I was not paid for. Today I received a check for one of the shops $3 short. Judy claims its a handling fee. Conversations with her have been quite unprofessional with one or two sentences. Has anyone else had these issues?

I performed one shop for Jancyn about 2 months ago. I was paid on time via paypal. My conversations with her were very professional. I remember I had some things come up and I needed to reschedule my shop twice. I was impressed because she was so accommodating to my reschedule needs. I sure am sorry you are having this problem, it definitely surprises me since I had a great experience with Jancyn. I was never charged a handling fee. Was it for mailing the check?
You were paid by check? I have shopped for Jancyn for about four years and have always been paid by PayPal and I have always been paid in full. I know Jancyn encourages payment by PayPal and I think there is a service charge to be paid by check, but I don't know what it is. PayPal is is payment of choice.
Yeah they never sent the payment to my paypal account and offered a check. They never told me there was a $3 fee. They also have not paid for that last shop.

Who have you communicated with? I've never had to ask for payment, but my only contact, karin@jancyn.com, has been very professional.
I don't shop with them a whole lot, but every instance I've had, they were professional and prompt payers.
I've never had a problem either. They are always professional and pay me via PayPal neat the 15th each month.
I have to say that I only once had an issue and it was solved very quickly.....can't say that about many companies.
