Hopefully one of the changes will be making the pay for your shops commensurate with similar assignments from other MSCs. Your reports are notoriously difficult for the pay offered.

I do like the clients you have, though, so will this be addressed at all?

Yes, we are in the process of reviewing the shopper pay and reimbursements for each of our clients' shops.

Apparently Steve and I do not live in the same state. Are your shops located on the West coast? If they are, it would be pointless for me to take the time to sign up, give you all my personal information and wait for 5 years before you have any shop in eastern US. How nationally are you located? NYC and Buffalo are not the only cities in New York.

What is your payment method----->Direct deposit, Paypal, PayQuicker, check, or meet every Friday under the bridge? Sometimes knowing the obvious is easier than guessing. What is your pay cycle--->30,60 0r 90 days or not to pay? Nobody likes to beg for money if it has been contracted to them.

Do you have a job board? Can we self assign? or does a scheduler assign? or is it both?

Some shoppers/posters may know you already I do not. I just want a little insight before I commit myself. I know your harder questions come with the application.
I think it's obvious what state I am in. They do not have a lot in CA, but I like the restaurants they have.

I can tell you they currently use the clientsmart system and my last payment was via Paypal 82 days after my shop, so I think they are on a 90 day system. I believe you have an option to get checks. I did not have to chase the payment.

If Steve is shopping them here in SoCal, then I don't know what/who he's shopping with them because all I have ever seen is shops in Florida... :-O

They used "PrivateEyes Scheduling" for awhile, I was getting emails for jobs.
They have a couple jobs here, which I have not done due to not driving at night. Hoping to work for them and looking forward to changes, especially a shorter reimbursement time.

Live consciously....
I signed up but just realized they may not have anything in my area. Booooo because it was one of the lengthier apps.
I have been receiving emails from this company but I just checked their Job Board. They do not have anything in Toronto. The emails were too general.
Hi Rising-
These shops are not listed on our shop board because they are being performed for a 3rd party client. They are not being assigned or reported through Clientsmart. They are assigned via email only and are reported on Survey Monkey.

Please refer to the email you received for instructions on how to access the location lists for the city (or cities) you wish to shop.

In that email you will find the following instructions:
"Please log in to your account to access the lists of locations.
The location lists are located on the changing banner above your name on your home page. Just watch for the city you are interested in shopping and click on the banner."

There are 2 banners on your home page that should provide you with 99% of the information about these shops.
"FAQs and JUNE Questions for Canada Retail Survey"
"CANADA Retail Audit-Toronto Locations"

I tried to be as specific as possible in my email about what these visits entail, but please feel free to email be if you would like further clarification.

edited to add: I just posted the full email on the forum's job board if any Canadian shoppers are interested in this project. As a side note, many of the locations are located in the same shopping center or mall and 4-5 can be completed in one trip! smiling smiley
