Sassie problems

Is anyone having issues with any Sassie sites tonight? I was working on reports for two different companies and have had issues with it hanging up and not letting me back into reports after a save and not letting me upload.

I had it hang when I was logging in, but I got in shortly after.

I still don't know if it was my computer or the site. I got in without issue and was able to fill out reports. On one site I could not get the dialogue box for photo upload and on two of them once saved could not get back to the report. The tab just kept saying "loading."

I lost a report while trying to submit, and had to redo a restaurant, nightmare time.

I have learned the hard way to type my narrative in a word processor then copy and paste it into the report. That way if something goes wrong on the site or with the internet connection you still have the narrative to copy and paste again instead of rewriting it all together.

At the point where it hung up I had only done the checkboxes and was going in for the narrative. Luckily this morning everything had saved so I could finish the narrative(s) and upload pics.

Yay!!! Sometimes I get stuck on the mesmerizing "loading" circling thing and it freaks me out. I guess it is an occasional mess up with the actual computer whatever. Anyone of you tech people know why this happens. Not just on Sassie, but randomly.

I just signed up with several companies today that use Sassie and I have been unable to access the extended profile on the different sites. Every time I click on the link, the next page states:

1 -- Sorry ! We are unable to detect your shopper ID
Click here to return to your Shop Log

Note : your Shopper login may have expired.
To avoid this problem in the future, submit your survey (even if partially finished) at least every 30 minutes to extend your login.

I'm not sure what to do. I know that it has nothing to do with my login being expired since I click on the extended profile link as soon as I login so I have only been on the site for maybe a minute or two. Has any other newbies like me been experiencing this problem? I would really like to be able to sign up for shops but am being blocked until the extended profile is completed.

Did you get your confirmation emails yet?

Did you try another browser?

It could be you have a cookie set that needs to be deleted, using another browser would get around that.

Or reboot your computer if you haven't tried that yet.

I don't seem to be able to access any Sassie companies this morning. Is anyone else having this problem?

I wrote report three separate times, and it wouldn't submit. Had nothing but trouble yesterday, finally just emailed pic's to Scheduler and she said it was o.k. I'll get paid for job.

I got in very fast a few seconds ago.

Anyone else having a problem with applying for shops? I applied for some Bare shops on different days and saw under "My Apps" that the application was there and was pending. I was surprised to get emails a day later that the shops were still available. In both cases I again checked "My Apps" on the Bare Sassie site and found that there were no applications listed. Usually, if my application was deleted because another shopper was assigned the shop, I get an email advising me of this. However in these cases, the shop is still available and I didn't receive an email.

I was just informed my report wouldn't be accepted due to the fact it was late....Sassie's fault, I wrote it same day.
Waiting to hear from Scheduler who said it would be o.k., then Editor said, "not accepted".

I wrote a very detailed report for a Sassie shop today. I saved it at four different intervals because it took more than two hours to do. Then I went to finish the last few questions and it was absolutely blank. Is anyone else having problems?

Same thing happened to me this morning. I was doing a report for Sinclair and the site went completely down, first blank, then had a maintenance message. Honestly, I don't like the Sassie platform. However, I don't really see anything better either.

I saw maintenance for sassie and prophet. Could be that, no?

Good luck. It worked okay for me a few days ago though....

Had to send all jpgs via email yesterday becasue Sassie just stalled dead in its tracks rather than uploading them.
