MF site down again

Why does this keep happening? At least weekly I log into the MF site, only to get a message that the service is unavailable. Frustrating!

I called them before 5 PM yesterday. No answer.
If they don't answer their phone during business hours, what else can you expect not to be answered I'm thinking. So emailed them. Got an out of office automated reply.

I find their job offer site very confusing.
