Permanent Position as Editor or Scheduler

I love mystery shopping (truly, I do!), but I am leaning more towards becoming either an editor or scheduler. Does anyone have expertise in this arena? I have seen a few postings here and there on this forum related to this, but nothing centralized and specific. My 'real job' is as a freelance writer and I started mystery shopping because I wanted to get out of the house when writer's block hit and I needed to clear my head. And, my preference was to leave the house and MAKE money rather than SPEND money! If you have information to contribute, please share. If you are a MSC that is hiring...even better!

More About Schedulers

I think you should try one or the other to add another dimension to your mystery shopping career. I have started editing and love it. It takes awhile to get your feet wet and figure out the process, but with a great company to work with and a little patience, you will be off and running in no time. Editing does not pay "per shop" as well, but if you factor it on an hourly basis, it could be just as good, if not better, than traditional shops. I was on the fence about doing it. However, I am so interested in making mystery shopping my career that I needed to figure out the best way I can make the money I would like to make in the free time I have with a crazy schedule revolving around two small children. Branching out into video shopping and editing has made my life easier, but can't promise the same results for anyone else.

I am in Ontario, near Ottawa and would like to try the editing someday. I am looking for a second carreer and I love mystery shopping.

I've given a lot of specifics on this site about editing. I would search out "editing" and "editor" and see what turns up. Then if you have specific questions, you can post or PM me and I'll answer what I can.
