Beyond Hello

Has anyone done any work for them? I did a few searches here and could not find anything....trying to find out their pay cycle and pay structure.

Thanks

I know it depends on the area but can you tell me what kind of shops they do? Basically I see they do electronic shops but what else is there? Thanks in advance.
Sorry about that, I'm not sure why I wasn't able to see it before as Lisa had instructed me the same thing on a different post.
I don't think it comes up until after you actually submit your postsmiling smiley The search function is good and next to the company names on the master list is usually a link stating how many discussion there are on the forum. That doesn't always mean the discussions are current or that the information you are looking for is even there. I like to start with them in the hopes I can find the answer quickerwinking smiley

Their Job Board allows for searching by Country, State or Zip Code.
They are VERY GOOD...scheduled pay, no issues to report!!!!

Good company to work for. As for the types of shops, sign up, then do a country-wide search and you'll get a good indication. They have shops just about everywhere.

I have had excellent experiences with Beyond Hello. They pay on a regular basis, have clear guidelines, not horrible pay, and the schedulers are really sweet.
BTW, I thought payment was either the 30th or the last day of the month and they actually paid June's shops today. It's a good thing.

Great shops only problem is with age restricted shops. They should allow you to do the shop with someone inthe age range.

I would like to say that I MAY have done 1 or 2 shops with them but I did recommend someone and they did a few. I was paid for the referral. I'm happy about that.

I am new, but have done my most shops with them so far. They've been easy to deal with and have given me high scores so far. They pay pretty well too IMHO.

Great Company. No issues. Paid on time. Will work with you. Have enjoyed working with them.
The reports vary, just as they do with any MSC. They have phone shops that require a lot of narrative, but are relatively simple.

There are some shops that-- not unlike most shops of this ilk-- are really hard (detail oriented, time consuming, investment of energy). The only thing I can tell you that might "help" you in deciding which shop they are is that these are shops that are often left on the board come the end of the month. I recommend _not_ taking them until you can ask for a bonus (they're not worth it, IMHO, without). Other than that, trial and error will help in the determination.

Beyond Hello has some of the nicest schedulers/reviewers that in the biz. They pay on time, they have steady work (even in rural areas, it seems), and their shops can be fun (even the tough ones!).
They have nothiing for me sad smiley There is one shop here, and I don't meet the agr requirement.

Silver certified, I shop in Cities in NM and TX that no one has ever heard of.
Just not one of my favs....seems to take such a long time for pay compared to other companies....and pay is low.
Be very careful with the shop location as they carry a few of same retail in the same neighbourhood or mall.
I've done lots of assignments for them. They don't have a lot in my area, except for some car wash places. I've been getting free premium car washes for both my cars (and a few extra $$) almost every month for like a year now!
I haven't done a lot for them, but I always look at their e-mails and board because they're a good company that plays by the rules. I just wish they had more around here.
