Dear Forum Members, and the MSPA,

just twenty minutes ago, the MSPA announced that they suspended a member company for not paying mystery shoppers. That company is the Freeman Group. This means the Freeman Group will no longer be listed as an MSPA member until they meet their obligations and pay shoppers.

Of course, there is still work to be done. The Freeman Group continues to operate. Many shoppers are still owed money. It is not the goal to put them out of business. The goal is to ensure that all mystery shoppers get paid.
