Just tonight, I replied to an email that GFK needed a FF shop done by tomorrow night. They offered a bonus, but I counter-offered, we went back and forth a couple of times (never heard of that! LOL!), and came to an agreement (I'm going to have to alter my whole day, but my guys love wings or I wouldn't do it at all). The scheduler was johnny on the spot to write me back and forth to get me to agree to the shop. I applied for the shop, and he gave it to me, but it's at the initial low bonus...which I will not do it for. The guy barely speaks/types English, is that odd? He wrote me that he DID put the $6 bonus on and to check my shop. Even tho I wrote him back immediately saying 'no $12 bonus-no shop', now he's not replying.
What to do? I don't want a black spot on my rep, but I won't do the shop for $6; am thinking that if it doesn't get resolved, I will forward both sets of emails to...someone(?)...

The outsourced editing a couple of years ago and some schedulers may be outsourced as well. You have it in writing, but if you want to see it on your shop log as well (and I don't blame you), contact the scheduling manager.

Sounds like Sam is at it again. This happened to me also. Contact him and get it corrected. Have them send you an email with the correct bonus. I failed to do that and I did not get the agreed to bonus. I am not sure if he is shady or just inept.
