I have done a few shops for them and I was paid without issue.
I've done several shops for them, they are legit and they pay on time.
Good company. Shops are straightforward and zero payment issues.
One of my favourite MSCs. Knock on wood, never had any problem.

Love this company...and so do both my kids when I get to go to a certain mall! 
I just want to add that they do give feedback in Prophet for your reports. I just figured that out today when I went in to check on something. Apparently, I've only gotten 3/5 on everything I've done, which shocked me. Since I've been getting paid, I won't worry about it too much, but I put the same time and effort into their reports as with other companies, and I've almost never gotten anything but glowing marks.

I found it! All these years and I never knew. Go back to Shops Completed. Click View Visit Details. The editor adds editor comments to the Notes under Additional Information - at least ICU does - and it is not added on all my shops, only some of them.
This must be new. I don't see it on all reports.
No, it's only on reports the last year, and not all of them. The notes all seem to be by the same editor.
I didn't know either! Just went back and looked, I have only completed 2. One didn't have any information the other was 5/5.
Wow, thanks! I did see that it only applied to 2013 reports and previous years do not have any editor notes.
I like them. Love their toy shops (rather my kids do)
We hit all the local malls when the shop comes up! Other than that there aren't really very much jobs they offer in my area. They aren't on the top of my list because I have to wait longer for my reimbursement and fee but otherwise I would recommend them.

I am a little confused about the bill.com thing, I registered with them (bill.com) as it says to do in order to get payment. Hope I did it right, my first shop with them will be this coming week.

Very confused by this post. Kathee, are you sure you haven't mixed ICU Associates up with another company. I also have worked several years for ICU and always been paid through PayPay. I was confused so I went back to look up their current ICA and it says:
"Upon receipt of fully completed assignment, ICU ASSOCIATES, INC. will make agreed upon payment to independent through PayPal."
I couldn't find anything on their site to indicate that they also offer payment through bill.com.......

I'm registered with them, but I have never seen a toy store shop before. How frequently do the toy stores come up? I have completed two shops for them and really enjoy working for them. I find their standards are very high, just like Beyond Hello's.
