They give you the target's first and last name on your assignment sheet. You call and hope the target answers. You get 2 tries and on the third call you ASK for the target. The target usually just introduces herself by her first name. You then ask, " I didn't catch your last name, how do you spell that?"

I'll use that tip during the next round of shops -- all of them are gone in my area!
