CORI site

Is it me or is everyone else experiencing problems submitting shops at this site? I have had a great deal of difficulty uploading my receipts at the beginning of the shops and some trouble off and on bringing up the calendar to input dates. I have resorted to uploading my receipts in Firefox and then returning to explorer to finish the shop. (Yes I know they tell you to use only explorer)

Pictures upload easily but at the end I run into trouble submitting the shop. The shop often sits there for several minutes and then might tell me it submitted or it might bring me to a blank shop and I have to start all over again.

I've had them tell me my explorer is outdated but... I have explorer 9 and other companies upload fine.

I do a lot of shop for them and this is quite a problem lately. Any ideas would be appreciated

I have had some difficulty recently. Usually at the very end in the final narrative box if I hit backspace on my keyboard to correct a spelling error their site "errors" my page and I have to start over with a fresh evaluation. Which ticks me off to no end! I always send in a trouble ticket, but then they tell me they have my report (well no duh, I just sat and re-entered it AGAIN!) smiling smiley

When submitting at the end, I hit submit and my evaluations usually sit there for what seems like an eternity. Then the confirmation page will come up. IDK. I use IE8 or 9 (I don't really know or care which).

Strange. :/
Isn't it frustrating to be told you don't have the right version when you DO? I have quit doing certain shops because I get so pissed that the "live chat" chick argues with you left and right.
And then they have invisible emails.... copy to your self any emails submitted to them.
And check spam anytime you have a report in the system.
I have submitted over 250 jobs to CoRI using either Opera or Firefox. I've had issues with maybe 2-3 of them, where I get the "only use IE to upload reports" email. I re-uploaded using either Opera or Firefox, and haven't had an issue.
I usually enter them with Chrome, and also don't have issues. I never remember to enter them with IE until like 1/2 way through. I've also done a couple of hundred shops, and have always used either Firefox or now Chrome.
I use my phone and have never had a problem I believe it's Safari. Sometimes it takes forever but the report eventually submits.

When you use your phone, you also submit pictures? More than one, such as a gas station audit with say 10 pics?
Ive been trying to pick a date and the calender wouldnt work for this one shop. It works with other shops, just not the one I want. Ive tried 3 different browsers and this one shop I just cant pick a date. Oh well !
You guys that use your firefox are brave...I was told if I did it my shop would be null and void....so I just don't do it...not one to give them my hard earned $ back.

Usually when this happens you are not eligible for the shop...rotation, etc.

This happened to me too, the scheduler called to tell me that they rejected a job because I input it in Chrome. And Chrome and Firefox give no problems. With Explorer, you never know if your job will go thru or if you will end up inputting it all over again, when it just goes nowhere.
I used Chrome successfully for some time... then suddenly it wouldn't work. Had to use IE ~ which I *HATE*. Then, after a few months, I was tired & forgot, and used Chrome again... and it worked! I've never had a report rejected simply for having used Chrome. Hmmm ~ that would really suck!

I have not had a shop rejected for Chrome or Firefox, but that claim is their first line of defense against issues. I usually can use Firefox, except for the take the picture of every pump shop. If I use firefox for that one I always want to pull out my hair. Why they can't get their site to work effectively with other browsers is beyond me?
In July, I had a terrible time uploading a report for CRI. The calendar would not work although I found that I could type the date. Every text box would not work, I eventually had to type one letter, acknowledge the error message, insert the cursor and type another character. My query resulted in advice to use IE. I responded that Microsoft has not made IE for Macintosh since 2003 and had not issued any updates since 2005.

I forgot and took a bonused assignment on 9/12/12. Nothing worked! I phoned and was told they were having a problem and only IE would work. I got an extension and went to use a friend's PC with IE and was able to submit my report.

Just got a call for a nicely bonused assignment and asked whether they had fixed the system so other browsers would work. They are working on it. I declined because Sandy is approaching and I do not want to add the aggravation of getting to a PC with IE.

I have really enjoyed working with them and cannot wait until they finish re-programming their site to be compatible with a couple browsers!
I hate, hate, hate, their stupid IE thing. Normally my reports go through just fine with Chrome, but there are periods of time when they will not, and I only find this out after entering the whole report and not having it go through. (Yes, I realized that's a run-on sentence but I'm in a hurry here!) GRRRRR! Any company who's website ONLY works properly on IE is still in the Stone Age tech-wise. Maybe the Bronze age ~ sounds like Maritz has the Stone Age covered, after reading that other thread. Ha!
