They pay on time and I haven't had any issues working with them. I don't shop for them much because they ask for too much and offer too little money, IMO.
I just canceled a shop with them because I am sick of taking the same tests over and over again for cheap, filler shops. I had already taken the damn thing 4 times since April 20. I also don't like the way you can't even tell there is a test required until going into the shop report. After scheduling an assignment for 11/8, I got an e-mail last night informing me the test needed to be taken right away. I managed to get through 58 assignments last month without taking a single test and the lowest paying of the assignments were double what GFK pays for their cell phone shops.

I couldn't get over how quickly they paid - I completed an October shop & was paid via paypal 11 days after the assignment. Definitely a record for me, but I am used to the 60-90 day payers! I felt like the prep for this shop was a LOT of work, especially the more detailed scenario. I was nervous going in because of the detail, but the salesperson didn't hit a single one of the discussion points (even after a LOT of leading questions), so I didn't end up using any of the info I learned. I was almost disappointed not to be able to talk about the technical details! I had good communication w/my scheduler, and had a few glitches with the report, but they were easily clarified with the editor by phone. I would shop with them again.
Agree with Lisa - the tests!! Yes, they pay prompt and the report wasn't so bad, but by the time you take the tests, your hourly pay has dropped!

I had problems with Gfk a few years back and deactivated myself, then recently couldn't remember why so I reactivated. Did a few shops, got paid well and on time, then accepted a few cell phone shops with a terrible scheduler and even worse editor (kept asking for the same documentation over and over and over and...well, you get the idea). Finally got it resolved but by the time I did, I remembered why I had deactivated the first time around. This time, I think I'll stay deactivated. tongue sticking out smiley
I used to like them but the tests combined with poor questions on reports makes me regret accepting a recent shop.
