Actually, there are TWO Service Metrics companies. One is in Canada. One is in Plano, Texas. That is the one Jacob is writing about.
The Service Metrics Group in Plano, Texas, was co-foundered by two ex-Freeman Group principals, [www.servicemetricsgroup.com]
The two founders, Rob Scott and Will Tarrant show their bios on the Service Metrics website, [www.servicemetricsgroup.com]
Surprisingly, they don't mention their past association with Freeman Group.
