ICCDS

I have not seen any of the big box grocery stores for quite a while, except in outlying areas. Anyone?

Thanks so much GIGI just found them. I owe you. This is an example of when this forum works best.(:
The new round of supermarket shops just started. Please be advised that the shops are in our old system, but hopefully they will moved over to the new system soon, we are actually trying to put one of the departments in the new system this month! Thanks for shopping with us!

I have been signed up with ICCDS via the Sassie platform for a while, and just performed my 1st shop. I didn't know about the older system, so just signed up there as well. Upon signing up I viewed the training which included invoicing instructions. I didn't see anything about invoicing on the Sassie site when I submitted my shop through that platform. Does anyone know if ICCDS requires invoicing for the Sassie shops?
tsk (or anyone else who may know the answer),
How did you manage to sign up on the original ICCDS site, please? I just tried, and wasn't able to log in with any of the information I already have through the SASSIE system, nor was I able to create another account as a new shopper. Everything I tried linked me to their SASSIE log in.

Thanks,
Kat
Good question. Let me think. Oh NO I hate when that happens. I have been with them forever. Try googling. My scheduler is Emily ICCDS.com
Isn't everything transitioned to the Sassie site? From what I can tell, all the jobs normally in my area have moved. Unfortunately, they are also using Kern for scheduling. Bummer since some jobs I've been able to get at a decent bonus are now being offered with a hero citation instead. Needless to say, that doesn't pay the bills.

Kat, it asked me for my ID number, which I didn't have so I tried to set up a new acct. it notified me that my email wa already registered and then a "send me my ID" option popped up on the right. There were no jobs (available) listed on the "old" site for me, if that matters!
I also am only signed up on the sassie site. I went to www.iccds.com, the original site, and tried to login there using my contractor number from the sassie site. System claimed it was an invalid login. Tried to sign up and it let me. I am now awaiting approval. Sure hope I get approved because I've already shopped for them through the sassie site.
If you are shopping for them on Sassie it is all good. I'm surprised they still have old site up and are taking registrations there. My impression was the move to Sassie is permanent and the old site will be going the way of the dinosaurs.

The problem is, the jobs are still on the old site. They can't be accessed through sassie. Eventually the old site will disappear, but not yet.
How bizarre is that? They started to transition way back in July. I didn't think it would take so long.

Anyone still have the old site URL? I only check their sassie site and deleted the old site.

Meh, their "original" site still won't let me log in or create a new account, so I guess if they have shops in my area that are not getting done, it will be up to them to contact me. It's a shame, too because if their grocery shops are still on the dinosaur site, I'd like a piece of those!
The grocery shops, which I love are still on ICCDS.com/ If you cannot log in try one of the schedulers. Remember that it is your old shopper id and your phone #, last 4 digits. Hope it works.
I apologize for the delayed response. Right now, we are anticipating all the shops to be in Sassie in December. Please feel free to email me directly if you still want the link for the original system in case you don't see the shops come December! You can email me at lbotsolas@iccds.com.

I just did three of these last week on the old site -- the Sassie site was not an option. Today I got an email notification of the shops on the Sassie platform. It has been a long transition.

Yes, it has been a long transition and I'm too dumb to handle it.

If that is even remotely true, I have to be a complete moron. Your intelligence, humor and just plain awesomeness, truly amaze(s) me.

So along with their new platform comes new editors it appears. Only positive reports now. They do not want to hear that the employee avoided you at all costs! They do not want to hear you could not find that third employee.

I always have to wonder about MSC's that want you to be honest and yet not want to hear what honestly happened.

When filling out reports please make sure to keep your answers objective. We are always looking for negative or positive feedback from the shop that was performed as long as it was explained in an objective matter.

You are correct. Boat rockers not welcome! I guess I don't really know for sure if Boat Rockers get squashed in the mystery shoppering business and Im not going to be the one to find out. Lets get Mikey to do it and see what happens.
I have never had a problem reporting negative feedback, as long as it's written in an objective manner, as JSnyder stated. I can think of several ICCDS shops I reported that were much, much less than perfect!
Probably one of my favorite companies. Very responsive, even to the point that an editor may call you on the phone just to clarify something in the report. Again, its not bad.

If I had one complaint, it would be on one of their clients asking to "try on store merchandise in the fitting room." For those that have done this store, where exactly is the fitting room for this particular piece of store merchandise?

I've done this particular store three times now and made mention of this to ICCDS yet I don't think that the are going to remand this question on the survey. Just an observation.
