Is anyone having a problem with $ from Harland Clark?

I'm wondering if there's a problem with HC. I received my $ from the bank a few days after the bank closed out my account. I've yet to be paid from HC though. I've sent an email to the company and was told that for some unknown reason the invoice hadn't been sent. This is for a Sept. shop. I sent a second email yesterday and got the same story. I never had any problems being paid quickly from HC before. I usually got the $ from HC before the bank sent me the $ back.

Did you submit the required invoice to them? I have been working for them for years. They are a great company to work for and pay super fast. Give them a call 800 291 6117 X 1.

Thanks Kathy, I'll call them. I've been paid super fast several times before, also.

Yeah, I would call them first yet also verify the date that you sent the invoice in your sent mail of your email account.

Have you received any check yet? I've never worked with them, but am considering a job. I am a bit reticent about doing so unless I know there isn't an issue with payments.
