I did a retail shop with them. Not many shops in my areas though. They paid as agreed no problem.
I have a soft spot in my heart for them because years ago my very first shop was for them. They have had relatively little in my area for a long time and I understand that the schedulers and company have had changes, with slower pay as an outcome.
I have a shop with them on Saturday. The discussions I've had with them have been ok. This is an integrity shop so we've been chatting to get specifics.
They are slow to pay. They have a strict 40 BUSINESS day policy, but I'm still waiting on payment from 50+ days. Hard to reach anyone if you do need help.

BUT, on the flip-side of that coin, they usually have decent shops. I suggest pikcing and choosing wisely, don't expect quick payment, and keep on top of it making sure to save all emails from them regarding your shops.
Yes you have to do the shop and wait til the company gets the report from the shop and get paid in 60 days.
UGH! I just got paid for my shop that was at the 40 business day mark on 1/16. My other shop was at 40 days almost 3 weeks ago. This is not good, not good at all, especially since all of these shops involved a purhcase on my part and one of them a BIG one.

I politely email asking for help, but I never get a response. *SIGH*
888-300-8292 extension 203 is the latest phone number I have for Nina Gonzales, Company Manager/Account Manager. I have never spoken with her that I know of. There was a comment I read on one forum that she was pretty hostile when called, but if I recall it was a shopper who can get pretty hostile pretty quickly. I suspect a call with your dates, shop numbers and amounts readily at hand would be appropriate.
Funny, that is who I emailed the first time for the first round of payments that I didn't receivie, and she replied and told me to email the scheduler. I will call if I don't receive payment by next week.

They owe me $95.00 for ONE shop, and I had to put out $60 of it. It was a pay with cash integrity shop, and I had to purchase items worth $60, which was great and I used them as Christmas gifts, but this shop was APPROVED on 11/24. Arrrrgh.
Here we go again. I finally heard after emailing the scheduler. She simply emailed me back a cut and paste that showed a check had been cut on 2/6. No words, no comments-nothing and I'm sure that is because the check was only for $35 and not my reimbursement.

I forwarded the email to Nina, the supposed manager there, asking her about the $65 reimbursement that I was supposed to receive. She replied that a check was cut on 2/6 and that I should have it any day, and that she sees a total to for $101.34.

Well, the check came today. It was for $35.00 not $101.34, and the mailing date was 2/12. Coincidence? I do not believe for even a second that they didn't know this check would be missing the reimbursement, which is why the scheduler didn't comment.

I emailed Nina today and she tells me that she forwarded my email to the scheduler!

Can anyone say GAME PLAYING?? I am really peeved that I am out $65 as of right now. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm trying to get reinstated with them...after completing several assignments....NO SUCCESS in even getting an e-mail answered.

Ok, so they got someone to pay me the reimbursment via PayPalm but because it wasn't via MassPay, I incurred a $2.22 fee!

This time I am going after the $2.22 fee. I want it back. The payment was late and incorrect then I had to email, call, and beg for this money- this is a reimbursement and I am not taking a $2.22 hit for it.
I did a shop for them back in December and am still as of March 2009 still waiting for my payment. I have emailed 3 emails and no one has emailed me back Good business practice Huh. I phoned them and no one answered so I left message for someone to please call or write me and again no answers. They own me $45. I don't think they want to pay I think they want us to do the shop but for free. I have been a Mystery shopping for 4 years and have never had any trouble like this getting my pay from any other company and if there is a problem at least they were polite enough to get back with me and let me know what the problem was. I am working and registered at over 100 companies and this is the first one who as ever done this to me.
I also did a shop with a reimbursement for them. I did the shop in November, and got the payment without the reimbursement in February. I tried emailing and was not successful, so I tried calling and called each of the extensions. Feb. 25, I spoke to someone, and she said that she was not involved with the shops. I explained to her that I had tried calling and emailing Leila more than once, and was not getting a response. She said she would speak to Leila. I got an email from Leila almost immediately saying that she had spoken to her boss and he was cutting me a check immediately. As of today, I had not recieved the check. I called Leila, and emailed her, and got no results, so I called the boss. He looked and said that the check had been mailed. When he was confirming my adress, we realized he had the wrong state. He sent the money through paypal today.
