Customer Service Experts Weekend Contact?

I signed up for a weekend shop that needs clarifications. I already emailed my scheduler, but wanted to see if anyone had an emergency phone number for CSE I could use? Thank you!

P.S. I also tried calling 410-897-8444 and toll free 888-770-7625, but the automatic messaging system confirmed that their business hours were Mon-Fri between 9 AM and 5 PM sad smiley.

Maybe someone who has worked for them on a similar job here can help you clarify what you're not sure about. Most of the companies I've worked for have emergency weekend numbers.

I doubt a shopper could help me with this. The assignment is a phone shop and is financial in nature. While on the call, I am supposed to provide some numbers and names to prove that I am, in fact, this specific financial institution's member. When I looked at the form, I noticed that I was not given a name to provide. So, this is something that needs to come from CSE, unfortunately. I'm sure other shoppers would be happy to help if this were not the case smiling smiley.
