Customer Perspectives???

Has anyone heard of these folks? Someone posted an invite in another thread but I don't see them in the list. I see "consumer" but not "customer."

Thoughts?

I completed a few shops for them without any issues. Their fees and report requirements are fairly standard. When I signed up for my first shop, the scheduler for that account contacted me directly to offer any advice. I also received constructive feedback. They pay on the 15th of the month following the month the assignment was completed. When the 15th falls on a weekend day, they pay sooner. I think they're a good company.
I did a shop for customer perspectives and the person I needed to see was not at the shop. I completed the other part of the shop and submitted the report. I could not submit because I did not answer the questions about the person I was to see. I followed all instruction. Has anyone had problems with this company?
What did the company say about only partially completing the shop?

Customer Perspectives is one of the best, IMHO. They have a nice variety of shops, pay reliably around the 15th or sooner each month, and have pleasant schedulers.

Why aren't they in the list at the bottom of the page? Have they changed names?

I am scheduled for my first shop with them tomorrow. If the experience I just had with them is any indicator, they are great. The job seems to be a rush and either a reshop or reposting. Only tomorrow is available and we are in the midst of a sloppy storm. I e-mailed to ask about any options if the weather remains this bad and the scheduler answered me three minutes later. You gotta love that!

I so appreciate quick replies. You never know if something is going to come up from a scheduler while waiting for another to get back to you. So these speedy communications really help to keep the chaos at bay. I may have to check into seeing if this MSC has anything around my area.

So, does anyone have a reason they're not on "the list?" Anyone?

I love them, the reports are pretty easy. Every single time I get caught by writing over 1,000 characters and had to edit. If I only remember, it would cut my reporting time to 10-15 minutes.

I like that they tell you about the 1,000 character limit in each of the narrative boxes. My shop ended up being very bad. I'm writing everything in Word and will copy it over. There should be sufficient space to get it all in there.

Yes, they do tell you in the box, in red, I believe. However, I start writing as I go down the form (I keep Word open) so I don't miss any negatives, which is why when I get to the end of the report, I find out I over-wrote. LOL!

If a MSC isn't listed below, I will look to see if the company is a member of MSPA. Customer Prespectives is a member, if that helps you Andrew.
