RSG question about cc shops...

If I have too much info on here...somebody just let me know. I can't for the life of me figure out if my shop is a 1 or 2 person interaction...can somebody point me to where it states it?

You also might be able to tell from the report. I thought that my scheduled one person did not have the additional boxes.

First, even though know it's not the actual client, I would edit out the name of the store you mentioned.

You're not necessarily missing anything. Conduct your interaction with the floor associate, and make sure you express interest in an item within that price range, certainly not under. IF there is a second point of purchase, ie; register, etc., and it's a different person, take it through to the end, just before the actual point of sale. So basically, if it's the same person, only one interaction. And if it's a different person, all you have to do is listen the second time, not bring it up. I've done a couple, and there was only one with a seperate cashier area/different person.
Now that's too much informationsmiling smiley It seems the yellow stickys have been inconsistent with providing information. In the past only smaller items that can be carried to a register by a shopper will require two. Have you looked at the report?

Yes I've looked at the report and I've emailed them....I've been a shopper for a long time and thought I knew where to look for this stuff, but I gotta say, these instructions are NOT clear and I don't wanna screw this up.
I cant say for your specific shop without reading those guidelines but usually it goes like this.

Floor associate=Target #1
Cash register person-Target #2

Sometimes the floor associate will also ring you up. In that case you will say yes to the question did the floor associate ring you up.
And it depends on the type of shop you are doing. Tire stores - one interaction, same with the office furniture and laptops. I think the only place you get two interactions are the [client], [client] and jean shops.

I did the big box hardware for RSG and thought I was suppose to do the two interactions and I did but when I went to input it there was no place for the cashier's interaction.

Just a word of caution -- if you're doing more different places or departments, make sure you look at the form for each. For my newest assignment, there's one extra thing to note.
The yellow sticky shows up on the report for mine, not the printable copy. You have to open up the actual report to see it.

I hope this went OK for you. I had the same concerns. Basically, it should be on the sticky note. If not and there is a floor associate, interact with them. It can.t hurt. Jewlery store, tires and some other things only require one. Jeans 2. It is not as complicated as it orignally sounds.
well getting a "snarky" response from the company didn't set well with me....telling me that it's in the directions and did I read them? Thanks to you all and at least I know I'm NOT the only person that finds these instructions UNclear......hopefully I did it correctly.
Nope, I did 5 last week, and forgot to check that I needed a 2 person interaction, and had to go back the next day to totally redo the shop. I wrote about it.
can someone help. I can't find any shops for the month of Jan 2013 for [Research Services Group] even when I search under the whole USA. Is there anything wrong with their website?
They tend to roll out huge projects, and then nothing. Keep checking.

Ditto..when they finish up a large project, their site often has nothing showing, but I'm sure there's plenty going on that we dont' see right now. Check back often.
