I don't know of any companies that specialize in phone shops. However, I have seen a lot offered through companies that use Sassie. You might want to try the free version of Jobslinger to see which ones are offering them.

Beyond Hello for one. Consumers First pay well.

Beyond Hello was one of my first MSC's and I have NEVER been assigned a phone shop. Not sure why, but I think I am done applying, just like the mall shop.

I actually emailed Margaret twice, regarding the mall shop. Asking what kind of criteria they were looking for, should I just stop applying? Never heard back.

I just finished 20 shops. I would call them and let them know you want phone shops and take it from there.

All of the major MS companies have phone shops at one time or another. Some they receive in large batches, and some are on a regular, monthly basis. Just call each company and ask them. Ath used to have a lot of telephone evaluations for banks, though I'm not sure if they still do.

Lately I've been doing a bunch of them for Measure Consumer Perspectives, inTellishop and Shopper's View. Try them!
