The only problem I have had with Ridgeway is that they do not pay according to their stated payment terms. In many cases, shoppers are forced to go back and beg for payment when it does not arrive on time. Contacting Ann usually gets a shopper paid right away .... but you have to ask. I figure I already earned the payment. I should not have to spend additional time on collection.

Some shoppers don't mind having to ask for payment and continue to work for them. To each his own.
Here is the standard email that I send to Ann, the JRRidgway accounts payable manager. Feel free to use it as a template. The email listed here to contact her is correct, and the money drops into my PayPal within 72 hours.

I use this same email pretty much each month. I struggle with myself about performing shops for JMR, but I can make $90 in under 2 hours when their triple-row shops get bonused.
I sure wish I had read all this about JMRidgeway before I gave them a second chance. I did a shop for them in 2010 and never was paid. I decided to give it another go and I have never gotten paid for it. I emailed them about the payments not being received and got an email back from Nikki with the word "Thanks". No real response, nothing, and still no payment! I am hopping mad. I spent my own money and didn't even get reimbursed for that.
JMRidgway has, since the first of the year, improved their payments. At least in my experience. For the first time, my payment arrived on time, without me asking for it. Then it happened a second time!

And emailing Nikki won't get you paid. She's great, but she's not in charge of payments. You must email Ann to discuss your payments, and be sure to have all your info straight.

Why is this in the merchandising section? Admin? This company only does mystery shops?

Could you please share how to get in touch with them due to I have done two shops for them and have not been paid as of yet.
